Wooden Garden Gates
A vital part of any wooden garden gate construction is ensuring that it's properly supported by posts that can absorb the stress of constant movement. The posts must be set in concrete footings and be perfectly plumb, with inside faces parallel so that you can properly measure and construct a true and solid frame.
Two posts will do the job of supporting a gate, but with four you can extend the entrance and add architectural character.
